Rumors of Goldy Barar Allegedly Shot in the United States

In the Indian media on Wednesday, there was a commotion over the purported shooting of Goldy Barar. The accused person's life is under intense scrutiny in connection with the murder of musician Siddhu Moose Wala, who was designated as a terrorist by the Indian government earlier this year, while the public waits for confirmation from authorities.

Background of Goldy Barar

Satvinder Singh, a.k.a. Satinderjit Singh or Goldy Barar, is a resident of Muktsar, Punjab, and the son of former Assistant Sub-Inspector Shamsher Singh of the Punjab Police. He was purportedly connected to the terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa, engaged in many killings, arms trafficking, and the dissemination of extreme ideologies.

He arrived in Canada in 2017 with a student visa. Goldy Barar had no criminal history at the time. In Punjab, he was cleared despite allegations of small violent acts.

Barar is said to have taken over mobster Lawrence Bishnoi's operations in Indian jails after arriving in Canada. Among other crimes, these operations involved extortion rackets and contract killings. After he was the subject of an Interpol alert in 2022, he is said to have escaped to the US.

Goldy Barar was allegedly involved in over 50 murders and was listed as Canada's Most Wanted in May of last year. Upon assuming accountability for Siddhu Moose Wala's demise, he brought additional avenues of exposure.

Gangster Goldy Barar confessed to killing Congressman and Indian rapper Siddhu Moose Wala in June 2023. He asserted that the murder was committed as payback for the Punjabi student leader Vikki Middukhera's 2022 death. Barar added that Salman Khan was also one of his top ten targets and called Moose Wala a "arrogant person" who needed to be taught a lesson.

A 1,850-page charge sheet against the mobster purports that Goldy Barar was the architect behind the gruesome killing of a Punjabi musician. In addition, he is charged with being involved in the assassination of young Congress leader Gurlal Singh Bhullar, purportedly as payback for his stepbrother Gurlal Barar's passing.

He is also thought to be connected to terrorist Lakbir Singh, who is based in Canada, and Babbar Khalsa International. Goldy Barar was designated as a terrorist by the Center in January 2024 in accordance with the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. According to Praveen Vashisht, the additional secretary of the ministry of home affairs, Barar encouraged radical views and was engaged in multiple deaths, which led to unrest in Punjab.
